TERMS & CONDITIONS Warranty All bornoutofnecessity.com products come with a 90 day limited warranty. Return Policy born out of necessity, inc. will exchange at our expense any product under the following conditions: 1. The product has a manufacturing defect 2. If the shipment you received is incorrect All other exchanges are at the customers expense. The product must be returned to us within 10 days of receipt. The product must be in its original packaging with original receipt and a written authorization requesting an exchange. All returns must be approved by born out of necessity, inc. before a return may be authorized. Returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
